I was fortunate enough to head to this year's Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Honestly, attending this movie soiree has been a dream of mine since forever! While music is indefinitely my first love, I have to say that my obsession with movies come in a very close second.

While there, our Hollywire team attended various film premieres, gifting suites, parties and screenings. Of everything we did -- seeing the film Like Crazy topped my list. I haven't seen a movie that well done in an extremely long time. The plot, acting, directing -- it was all 100% on par and I believe the flick will be winning some serious awards come next award show season! I wanted to share the coverage of the Like Crazy and Little Birds premieres that I did!

I headed to Las Vegas to ring in 2011. Though I am seriously not a fan of 'The Vegas' - I turned this experience into a work trip... and brought a long some of my most favorite ladies to accompany me in the fun.

We were fortunate enough to score some tickets to Marquee for New Year's Eve -- and I hosted the red carpet prior to the star-studded Jay-Z & Coldplay bash. Here's the coverage :)

I have to say, this trip was actually quite fun. If you are planning a Vegas trip anytime soon -- stay at The Cosmopolitan. It's chic, sweet and fabulous!

What I learned in 2010...

2010 was filled with many ups & a few downs. I learned a ton about life, work, friends, family and boys. Wanted to share some of the best lessons of 2010. Here you are... :)

1. Life goes on.
2. Your mom will always be your biggest fan.
3. Staying in with your family and/or friends and watching re-runs of old TV shows is often a better time than going out on the town to mingle with strangers & acquaintances.
4. People will always find reasons to justify their actions.
5. Cream cheese tastes good on saltine crackers, sourdough bread and pretzels -- not just bagels.
6. Vegas isn't THAT bad when you go with the right people.
7. Perseverance is the best quality.
8. Hot pink lipstick is fun. So are fake eyelashes.
9. If we don't have faith, we don't have much of anything.
10. The Grove is one of the happiest places in LA -- especially during Christmas time.
11. Boys in bands might seem like a good idea -- but they aren't.
12. Coffee Bean just MIGHT be better than Starbucks.
13. Take lots of photos. The more, the better. Documented memories are important.
14. Converse are cute.
15. When your 'Change Oil' light comes on - don't delay! Get the oil change ASAP!
16. Home Goods actually has some decent apartment decorations.
17. White wine + drinking games with girlfriends on a Saturday afternoon can make for a fun day.
18. Celebrity news + gossip is often the cause of behind-the-scenes PR schemes. Don't believe everything you read.
19. True friends always lend a hand, care about your best interest, are thoughtful and have your back no matter what.
20. Trust your instincts.
21. Work isn't work when you are getting paid to do what you love.
22. The DMV is never a good time.
23. Licking the bowl after baking is still as fun as it was when you were 6-years-old.
24. Sparkle dresses are the best. Wear them while you can.
25. Never stop fighting for equality.
26. Everyone has a story. Take the time to listen.
27. New York Fashion Week IS all that it is cracked up to be.
28. Austin, Texas may be one of the best cities in the world.
29. Listening to 'Girl Talk' can get you pumped up for anything. I really believe this.
30. It's okay to be competitive. Just don't be mean.
31. Holding a microphone can take you a long way.
32. Working somewhere where a 'Bagel Monday' tradition is in tact makes getting through Monday that much easier.
33. Harry Potter > Twilight.
34. When it snows in LA, it is perfectly acceptable to get out of the car and engage in a snowball fight with strangers from other vehicles.
35. Having a puppy indefinitely makes your life sweeter.
36. People will always talk behind your back. Ignore it.
37. Having a Secret Santa is quite fantastic.
38. Pink Starbursts are STILL the best flavor.
39. Smile with your eyes.
40. Giving gifts is actually better than receiving gifts. This is true particularly during Christmas.
41. 'Friends' is still the best show in the world.
42. A girl can never have too many dresses -- or shoes.
43. Cooking is quite easy and fun -- especially when whipping up a meal with friends.
44. Your parents aren't perfect -- but they do the best they can. Give them a break sometimes.
45. Love yourself. Go on a shopping spree, get a massage or take a trip. It's okay!
46. Treat others the way you want to be treated. It's quite simple.
47. It's still okay to shed tears while watching The Notebook.
48. Zac Efron + Johnny Depp really ARE that good looking.
49. You have to pay your bills. You have to pay your taxes.
50. Always make sure your toes are painted.
51. Always say 'please' and 'thank you' -- 'tis important.
52. Teach your grandma how to e-mail. And then e-mail her frequently. She will love it.
53. Leggings are always a good choice.
54. Never underestimate the power of a guy opening the door for a girl.
55. Guys who drop names + talk about their money = GROSS.
56. Theme parties are better than regular parties. I know you agree with me.
57. Every time you upgrade your iTunes software... you can bet another upgrade notice is just around the corner.
58. Even though it may be silly, it's still fun to make a wish at 11:11 on any given day.
59. Thank you GOD for the technology of DVR. Not sure what my roommate and I would do without it.
60. Kelly Ripa is still the cutest & classiest lady in Hollywood.
61. Original flavored Goldfish are better than cheddar. Fact.
62. Having a whiteboard wall in your office is better (and more fun) than having a regular wall. Especially when you have fun colored markers to work with.
63. Not every celebrity on a media alert is going to show up -- or do press for that matter. Annoying but true. Journalists -- I know you feel me on this one.
64. The only reason to still have a blackberry is for BBM -- and quicker/easier e-mailing.
65. People who 'settle' are the saddest and most scared. Don't settle.
66. Laughter really is the best medicine.
67. Forgiveness is key in life. We all need it -- and we all need to give it.
68. Not everything you read on the Internet is true.
69. Having a good heart will take you a long way.
70. A LOT can change in a year. Look back + reflect once in awhile. You will surprise yourself.

I love Disney. Honestly, their films, employees, shows... everything is just fantastic. I saw an advanced screening of TRON: Legacy and then covered the blue carpet at the world premiere a few days later. The effects are incredible, Olivia Wilde is superb and I seriously want to hop on the back of a light cycle. I loved it, hands down. Check out the coverage:

Honestly, how tasty do these cute cupcakes look? They are EGGNOG LATTE flavored! Perfectly appropriate for the upcoming holiday season.

Here's a recipe I got from this site:

Cupcake batter

* 4 cups cake flour (not self-rising)
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 teaspoons vanilla
* 4 large eggs
* 1 3/4 cups eggnog
* 1/4 cup dark rum

Preheat oven to 350°F. and line twenty-four 1/2-cup muffin cups with paper liners.
Into a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl with an electric mixer beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy and beat in vanilla. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition, and with mixer on low speed beat in eggnog and rum until just combined. Add flour mixture in 3 batches, beating until just combined after each addition.

The Latte Frosting

* 1 cup chilled whipping cream
* 8 oz mascarpone
* 2 teaspoon coffee extract
* 1/4 cup ground coffee
* 2 to 3 cups confectioner's sugar (depending upon how thick you prefer frosting)

Whip up whipping cream in mixer until soft peaks begin to form. Fold in mascarpone, coffee extract, and coffee grinds. Then while mixing over low speed, slowly add the confectioner's sugar one cup at a time, being careful not to over whip frosting.

Add your own sprinkles -- and of course a candy cane inside each one!

I can't take credit for this. I found it on CharadeStyle.com. I'm obsessed nonetheless. I'm a crazy list maker. I can't even tell you HOW MANY lists I have in my Blackberry notepad. It helps. They work. Thus, why I loved this. Check out CharadeStyle's 5 To-Do Lists that could change your life!

1. Write a To-Learn List. We’ve all wondered what it would be like to speak a different language, play an instrument, build websites, master public speaking etc., but with the distraction of our academic study, our jobs and our everyday lives, these desires can be vague and unclear and therefore often unattainable. Why not try compiling a list of all the things you’d like to learn, either a list for life, or just in the next five years.

2. Write a To-Go-To List. Travel isn’t on all of our agendas, but it’s pretty high on most. Why not compile a list of the next five places you would love to travel, perhaps adding how long you would like to go for, who you would like to go with, and what you’ll do there. This doesn’t have to be reserved for epic overseas adventures; weekends away or daytrips to places nearer by are perhaps even more important to list as they are the excursions we often take for granted and overlook.

3. Write a To-Read List. Many of us wish we could read more, and books can be such a fantastic way to learn, gain experience, and make decisions about the lives we want to lead. I’m always finding new books I want to read and listing them all in one place helps to synthesize an otherwise unrealisable book-appetite! Make sure you write down both the title and author to make the book easier to get hold of when you do get around to it. It might even be worth asking your local library if they can get hold of some of the titles for you if you’re unsure whether they are worth the investment.

4. Write a To-Acquire List. This doesn’t have to be wholly materialistic; it can be items that will really make a wider impact on your life, like a great place to live, a cute allotment, a high-spec camera, or even a soul mate! If you spend a little time thinking about it, what initially seems a rather frivolous list could quickly become a catalyst for understanding and envisaging where you want your life, love-life, and career to go.

5. Write a To-Achieve List. This one is for those big things you’ve always known you wanted to do, and any new smaller challenges you might be considering. This might include getting your degree or masters, writing a novel, drinking wheatgrass for breakfast, running a marathon, realising your dream job, or even overhauling your style.

Alright. I haven't written a real personal post in quite some time. My apologies. So, here I go.

I have found that way too often people get really down on themselves when trying to accomplish a goal or reach a dream. Instead of enjoying the journey, we (and by we, I really mean me) -- focus too much on the end result... instead of the here and now.

Success takes time. If it didn't -- then it wouldn't be so sweet.

Instead of worrying so much about what goals you haven't reached YET... take a look at the past year and look at how much you HAVE done. Though you might not be quite where you want to be at this time... it is important to review all the amazing steps you have taken -- and to feel proud and excited.

Seriously... go back and look at all of your achievements. When you think about it, you really have accomplished a ton, right? Now, pat yourself on the back.

Just think, when you finally do achieve your dreams... how much cooler will it feel to know how much hard work you put in... how many sacrifices you made?

It will be awesome. So, to you... and to me -- I'm saying: Don't be so hard on yourself. You have a lot to be thankful for... and a lot of steps that you should be extremely proud of. Have a little faith in yourself. Enjoy the ride. You WILL reach your destination.

As some of you may have seen today on Dr. Phil -- I am a new correspondent for the show! Honestly, having been able to ESPECIALLY be a part of the "Girl World" episode is a dream come true.

I had a few questions in my email in regards to the show & my role on it... So, here are the answers:

The concept for the show came about from my personal experiences growing up and I am thrilled that so many people will hopefully be able to learn by what was shown on the show today. I have spoken with producers and shared my other ideas with them and will be a correspondent on other shows this season, too. Although I am not a trained psychiatrist (yes, some of you asked), I am a passionate person, I care deeply about social issues and I do have a degree in broadcast journalism.
